Only the Hungry is a gathering for Christian businessmen and women, ministry leaders, missionaries, founders, and believers who desire to know and love Jesus Christ more.
The conference is centered on worship, prayer, fasting, testimony, fellowship, and meaningful Christian relationships. It also seeks to connect Christian companies and individuals with ministries and Christian startups so that people can collaborate, support one another, and build the Kingdom of God together.

Charley Shin is a Korean-American entrepreneur best known as the founder and CEO of Charleys Philly Steaks and its parent company, GOSH Enterprises. Under GOSH Enterprises, he expanded his restaurant portfolio to include BIBIBOP Asian Grill and Lennys Grill & Subs. He also established the Charleys Kids Foundation, a nonprofit focused on youth mentorship, education, and food literacy initiatives.
Sam Hyun
Chief of Strategy, Golden Media | Former Director of Government Relations, TAAF
A prominent AAPI advocate, keynote speaker, and civic leader, Sam Hyun has worked at the intersection of public leadership, media, equity, and civic participation. He has been featured by major national media outlets and is also a co-founder of the footwear brand 1587 Sneakers.

Co-Founder, Jenzabar | Founder, All Girls Allowed
Ling Chai is a Chinese-American entrepreneur and former human-rights activist who became one of the student leaders of the 1989 Tiananmen Square protests. She later co-founded Jenzabar, an enterprise software company serving higher education, and founded All Girls Allowed.

Stacey Lee leads LOIZ E&M, a global creative content production and artist management company working across music, film, television, and animation. The company brings together prominent trend-setting artists from across the entertainment industry.
David Choi
Missionary & Founder, West Africa Mission and Mission International School
David Choi has served in Ghana for more than two decades as a missionary, entrepreneur, and educator. He founded West Africa Mission and Mission International School, now serving 700 students, while building businesses that support hundreds of employees and help fund ministry across Africa. His vision is a Trans-African Mission Chain connecting ministry, healthcare, education, sports, business, and youth leadership from West to East Africa.
Peter Ko
Co-Founder & Director, Awesome Dew Global Limited
Peter Ko is a Christian businessman and global leader with 30 years of experience at LG Electronics, including executive roles across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. His overseas service as a lay missionary deepened his commitment to Business as Mission. Now a co-founder and director of Awesome Dew Global Limited, he develops sustainable businesses that create jobs, strengthen communities, and support Kingdom-focused mission.

Patrick and Kathy Talbot equip students and advocates in law and government to pursue biblical justice. Through the Isaiah Justice Institute and their partnership with YWAM’s University of the Nations, they draw on two decades of teaching university students in Indonesia, South Korea, Romania, and Cambodia.

Senior Staff, 4ChristMission
Eleanor Lee serves on the senior staff of 4ChristMission, overseeing youth missions and retreats. Drawing on experience as a missionary in San Telmo and a youth pastor, she equips young people to become ambassadors of the gospel. Through 4ChristMission, she has helped hundreds of students encounter Christ and participate in ministry across Latin America and Southeast Asia.

Min Huh is a former high school campus minister and international church pastor. He is building Jesus Speaks, a discipleship project rooted solely in the words of Jesus from the Bible, to help people grow in the image of the Son.
